Transparent protective cage allows full strobe visibility while preventing physical damage from equipment, vehicles, or intentional interference. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion in coastal, industrial, and chemically aggressive locations. Ideal for outdoor alarm installations, parking structures, loading docks, and facilities requiring durable strobe protection in high-traffic or vandalism-prone areas. Maintains emergency notification capability while extending equipment lifespan through impact resistance.

Engineered to prevent vandalism and accidental impact, these nearly unbreakable covers are available in slotted versions for speakers or horns and solid versions for strobe-only devices. They are manufactured using thick, clear, UV-stabilized polycarbonate and include a three-year breakage warranty for standard use. Audio transparency is maintained in the STI-1210, 1215, 1217, and 1219 models via integrated slots, while the STI-1221, 1225, 1227, and 1229 models are dedicated to strobes.

To support surface-mounts, retrofits, weather-resistant needs, and larger units, a range of durable, transparent spacers is available. Regarding the STI-1210/1221 series, Spacer A features a four-inch-deep enclosed back box, and Spacer B provides an enclosed back box with an integrated double-gang outlet box. Spacer C offers an open back for retrofit use, while Spacer D is designed for deeper installations and exposed conduit connections. Spacer E includes an open back frame for flush-mounting. Additionally, an appliance mounting plate is included with the STI-1219/1229.
