Refund policy

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases can be returned up to 60 days upon the delivery date.

Any items returned after the 60-day delivery date will not be refunded. Shipping is also, non-refundable.

All returns are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

All retuned products must be in their original packaging and unused, being in the same condition it was received by the customer.

Exceptions to the restocking and 60 day only apply if the product was defective within the warranty timeframe or were damaged during delivery. If your delivered product was damaged during shipping, you must notify Nova Start Supply within 14 days for assistance with a claim.
