Simplex rechargeable sealed-lead acid batteries offer consistent and dependable discharge and recharge performance for fire alarms and various other system applications. Their design incorporates immobilized electrolyte within an absorbent separator, enabling them to achieve their full rated capacity starting from the initial cycle.
Due to their sealed design, these components can be housed directly within the system electronics enclosure. This setup reduces the overall number of cabinets needed and minimizes the length of battery wiring. For larger power requirements, external battery cabinets can be connected to the control panel using close nipples, with some cabinet sizes offering integrated battery chargers.
