Kidde R-Series remote annunciators deliver high-performance status monitoring and common control functionality for compatible fire alarm control panels. This series provides both LED and LCD display options, with models configured either with or without common controls. The range consists of three primary annunciators and an LED expansion module. Each annunciator can be paired with up to two expanders, each of which adds 24 pairs of LEDs to the system.

While every model includes an internal buzzer and status LEDs, one version is equipped with 16 pairs of LEDs for zone indication, and two others feature a large, backlit 4x20 character super-twist LCD. Mounting is achieved using a standard 4-inch square electrical box with the included ring, or via one of three available locking steel surface-mount enclosures. Optional accessories include a keyswitch for enabling or disabling common controls and a graphic interface card that supports 32 LEDs and 16 switches on a graphic panel.
